Quantum Leap - Principles of Leadership is a unique and exciting course Yemi created using research into Leadership combined with Neuroscience, Quantum physics, Quantum mechanics and Quantum linguistics.
The Principles of Leadership are predicated on learnings about what drives human behaviour (neuroscience), and is complimented by the scientific principles which describe the theory of how everything in the Universe operates in Time, Space, Matter and Energy.
These principles are framed into 8 key elements, which similarly to the scientific natural laws (e.g. law of thermodynamics) can be consistently applied and stand the test of time.
Through this short course I take complex subjects and unravel them to extract key learnings and create a set of simple but not simplistic set of strategic tactics my audience can immediately apply. These principles where applied diligently enable my audience to make Quantum Leaps in the way they lead and to get exceptional results.
